RULES OF RESIDENCE IN
MILLI & JON HOTEL IN BUKOVEL

    1. The animal can be off-leash only within the apartment where its owners live.
    2. Free movement of animals without a leash in public areas - halls and corridors of the Hotel is prohibited.
      1. General provisions

      1.1. These Hotel Rules regulate the relations between the Milli & Jon Hotel in Bukovel (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") and consumers and customers of hotel services and establish the basic requirements for the rules of use of the Hotel.

      1.2. These Hotel Rules have been developed in accordance with the Rules for the use of hotels and similar accommodation facilities and the provision of hotel services, approved by the Order of the State Tourism Administration of Ukraine dated March 16, 2004 No. 19.

      1.3. The Consumer is obliged to comply with the Hotel Rules and Fire Safety Rules.

      1.4. If the consumer repeatedly violates the Hotel Rules and/or Fire Safety Rules, which leads to material damage and/or creates inconvenience to other consumers, the Hotel has the right to refuse to accommodate or terminate the contract (evict).

      1.5. The Hotel guarantees confidentiality to the guests. Consumers of the Hotel take into account and do not object to the use of video surveillance system on the territory of the Hotel, except for the restrooms and hotel rooms. The Hotel reserves the right to provide all necessary data and information upon request of the authorized state bodies.

      1.6. Smoking is prohibited in the Hotel. The Hotel administration reserves the right to charge additional funds in the amount of the room rate per day for additional cleaning or to evict the Guest(s) for violation of fire safety standards, smoking in prohibited places and disobedience to the lawful requirements of the administration.

      1.7. Feedback and suggestions on the work of the Hotel can be left on all well-known online platforms (Tripadvisor.com, Booking.com, Google maps, etc.) or in the feedback book at the administrator of the Hotel "Milli & Jon" in Bukovel.

      1.8. The operating hours of the Hotel "Milli & Jon" in Bukovel are round-the-clock.

      1.9. The established settlement hour in the Hotel is 12 hours. 00 min. according to Kyiv time.

      1.10. The Hotel applies a daily rate for hotel services.

      1.11. When children under 5 years old are accommodated with their parents in the same room without extra bed, no extra charge is applied.

      1.12. The hotel provides the following types of services to the consumer without additional payment:

      • calling an ambulance;
      • wake up at a certain time;
      • providing the necessary inventory according to the Hotel's categories.

      1.13. The Hotel administration has set the time for visiting by unauthorized persons living in the room from 09 hrs. 00 min. to 21 hrs. 00 min. Outsiders (visitors) staying in the room after 21:00 must first register with the reception and accommodation service.

      1.14. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are changed once a day, or at the request of the guest. 1.15. The Hotel administration is responsible only for those valuables (including money) that have been transferred for storage in the prescribed manner.

      1.16. Control over the observance of these Rules by consumers is carried out by the Hotel Administration.

      1. Definition of terms

      2.1. The following terms are used in the Hotel Rules and Regulations:

      consumer (guest) - a natural person who orders, uses or intends to purchase or order the Hotel's services for his/her own needs;

      customer - an individual or legal entity, including a tourism entity, that enters into a relevant agreement for the provision of hotel services on behalf of and in favor of the consumer and makes payment under this agreement (provides guarantees for payment under this agreement);

      hotel service - actions (operations) of the Hotel to accommodate the consumer by providing a room (place) for temporary accommodation in the Hotel, as well as other activities related to accommodation and temporary accommodation. The hotel service consists of basic and additional services provided to the consumer during accommodation and stay at the Hotel;

      place (bed) - a part of the room area with a bed, bed linen, towels and other inverters in accordance with the category of the Hotel, designed and suitable for one person;

      number - a separate room equipped with furniture, consisting of one or more rooms suitable for temporary residence;

      reservation - is the process of ordering basic and/or additional services by the Hotel's customer in a certain amount in order to use the services within the agreed time frame by a specific consumer or group of consumers;

      confirmation of booked services - consent of the Hotel to perform the ordered agreed list of basic and additional services according to the application;

      refusal to book services - refusal of the Hotel to book basic and additional services of the Hotel within the period specified in the contract;

      revocation - customer's refusal from the booked services. Cancellation is divided into three types: timely cancellation, late cancellation, no-show. In case of late cancellation or non-arrival (no-show), the Hotel shall charge a penalty from the customer in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract;

      timely cancellation - the customer's refusal to use the booked services no later than 35 (thirty-five) days before the date of the scheduled arrival or within the terms stipulated by the contract;

      late cancellation - cancellation after the expiration of the timely cancellation period or within the terms stipulated in the contract;

      no-show (non-arrival) - actual non-arrival of the consumer, group of consumers to the Hotel on the day of arrival;

      date of arrival - date of arrival of the consumer to the Hotel, check-in time 15 hrs. 00 min. by Kyiv time;

      date of departure - date of the consumer's departure from the Hotel time of departure 12 hours. 00 min. by Kyiv time;

      early check-in - the consumer's arrival at the Hotel before the settlement hour. The possibility of the service is agreed with the hotel and is paid additionally;

      late check-out - departure of the consumer from the Hotel after the check-out time on the day of departure. The possibility of the service is agreed with the hotel and is paid additionally;

      settlement hour - is the hour set by the Hotel at which the consumer must vacate the room on the day of departure and after which check-in is carried out.

      1. Procedure for checking into the Hotel and payment for Hotel services

      3.1. Payment for accommodation and services provided by the Hotel shall be made in cash, by bank transfer or by credit cards, according to the price list for accommodation in force at the Hotel. Payment for accommodation and additional services is made in the national currency - hryvnia.

      3.2. If the guest is more than one day late, the guaranteed reservation is canceled and the prepayment for accommodation is non-refundable.

      3.3. In case of early departure of the Guest or late cancellation of the reservation, the Hotel does not refund the prepayment for accommodation made by the Guest.

      3.4. The hotel room is provided to the consumer after the registration procedure. All guests must present a passport or other identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine, passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, diplomatic or service passport, seafarer's identity card, residence permit for a person who lives in Ukraine but is not a citizen of Ukraine, national passport of a foreigner or a document replacing it, and a visa for the right to stay in Ukraine (unless otherwise provided by applicable bilateral agreements), birth certificate of minors under 14 years of age, driver's license, for military personnel - personal identity card or military ID, certificate issued at the place of work of the consumer, etc.), and filling in the registration form of the established sample. The Hotel administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services to Guests who do not present an identity card or refuse to make payment.

      3.5. Early check-in or late check-out is provided to the Consumers only if the Hotel has available rooms and there are no applications for similar dates in accordance with the Hotel's price list.

      1. Responsibilities of the Consumer

      4.1 The consumer is obliged to:

      4.1.1. Maintain order in the Hotel.

      4.1.2. In order to receive a room key, all Guests who will be staying in the room must complete the registration procedure.

      4.1.3. Take care of the Hotel's property.

      4.1.4. Not to take actions that disturb the peace and interfere with other Consumers.

      4.1.5. Comply with the Fire Safety Rules.

      4.1.6. Do not allow unauthorized persons to enter the room without the knowledge of the Hotel and/or at times not specified for visiting.

      4.1.7. When leaving the room: turn off the water taps, close the windows and balcony doors. .

      4.1.9. Upon departure from the Hotel, pay in full for all services provided and hand over the room key to the administrator (receptionist) on duty.

      4.1.10. In case of damage to the property of the Hotel, the Guest shall fully compensate for it in accordance with the internal documents of the Hotel.

      4.1.11. If pets are accommodated in the room, pay an additional fee established by the Hotel.

      4.2. In order to ensure order and safety in the Hotel, the Consumer is prohibited from using the bathroom during his/her stay at the Hotel:

      4.2.3. Keep bulky items, flammable, explosive and fire hazardous substances and objects in the room.

      4.2.4. Use heating devices.

      4.2.5. Throw garbage and other items through the balconies and windows of the Hotel.

      4.2.6. Smoking in the rooms, halls and premises of the Hotel.

      4.2.7. Bring to the Hotel territory and store in the room materials and items that are dangerous to the life and health of others.

      4.2.8. To rearrange and remove furniture from the Hotel room.

      4.2.9. Violate generally accepted standards of behavior, including being under the influence of drugs on the territory of the Hotel.

      4.2.10. Show aggression or actions that threaten the health or property of others.

      4.2.11. Cause damage to the property of the hotel.

      1. Consumer responsibility

      5.1. In case of loss, destruction or damage to the property of the Hotel, the consumer is obliged to reimburse its value according to the price list of the Hotel, and if there is no price list for such property, then according to the market prices established at the time of loss, destruction or damage to such property.

      5.2. In case of late arrival at the Hotel, or in case of non-check in (non-check out) of the Guest to the Hotel or check-in a few days later, the money for the nights not spent at the Hotel is not refunded.

      Rules for guests with pets

       

      1. Small and medium-sized pets are recognized as pets at the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to determine whether the pet is allowed to stay in the room.
      2. The Hotel allows accommodation of people with disabilities and animals serving their needs (guide dogs or other animals).
      3. Animals of special police units (guard dogs, sniffer dogs, etc.) are allowed to stay on the territory of the Hotel.
      4. When checking into the Hotel with pets, the guest is obliged to familiarize themselves with the "Rules for guests with pets" and sign a signature confirming their agreement with these rules.
      5. The guest is obliged to bring a special mat or a special cage for the pet.
      6. Guests are obliged to walk medium and large dogs only in muzzles.
      7. Pets are not allowed on the hotel grounds.
      8. Guests are required to bring special utensils for feeding pets.
      9. Guests are required to bring special litter boxes for pets.
      10. It is strictly forbidden to feed pets from the Hotel's dishes.
      11. In the absence of a special cage for a pet, it is prohibited to leave pets unattended in the Hotel room, lobby on the territory of the Hotel.
      12. It is forbidden to bring pets to the restaurant, bar and other public areas.
      13. It is forbidden to wash pets in the showers of the rooms, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel.
      14. It is forbidden to comb pets in the Hotel room and lobby.
      15. The guest is obliged to ensure that the pet is not present when the room is cleaned by the Hotel staff or when the room is being repaired.
      16. When checking into the Hotel with a pet, the guest is obliged to pay a cash deposit in the amount of the room rate per day for possible risks of damage to hotel property. If there is no damage, the deposit is refunded upon completion of the stay at the Hotel. In the event of deeper damage to the hotel property, the guest is obliged to pay additional funds to cover the consequences of the damage.
      17. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract with the guest who lives with animals:
      • in case of violation of the rules of residence,
      • in case of aggressive, inadequate, noisy behavior of the pet.
